About the role
- Join the Personal Finance & Health multinational Scrum team to design, develop, test, and review Comparis web applications
- Develop and maintain a .NET backend and React frontend solving cross-technology challenges
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using Azure services, .NET Core/ASP.NET, and React.js
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Implement responsive and user-friendly UI components with React and JavaScript
- Work with Docker/Kubernetes in Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues; optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Contribute to AI-powered applications using OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs, internal APIs, document ingestion, embedding generation, vector DBs, and RAG
- Work with internal teams to identify AI use cases, optimize prompts/models/workflows, and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and participate in code reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of professional experience in development
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core
- Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure SQL, etc.)
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes in Azure
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile boards)
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB), and vector databases
- Experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning/customizing LLMs
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Nice to have: Knowledge of testing frameworks (NUnit, Jest, React Testing Library)
- Nice to have: Exposure to MLOps practices and model monitoring
- Nice to have: Knowledge of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles
- Nice to have: Prior experience building enterprise chatbots, knowledge assistants, or document intelligence apps
