About the role
- Senior Finance Consultant supporting OneStream deployment in finance consulting practice. Collaborating with clients and leading financial reporting and process optimization projects.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with services in accounting and transactions, assist with challenges in consolidation and reporting, and lead OneStream deployment projects.
- Assess the impact of different standards (HGB, IFRS, US GAAP) on complex accounting issues, with a focus on leveraging OneStream capabilities to meet these standards.
- Work in teams that combine accounting expertise with IT and process competence deploying and optimizing OneStream for financial management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in OneStream application including setup, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding with finance data modeling within OneStream, financial reports and statements and knowledge of finance consolidation.
- Experience with OneStream data integration tools and ETL processes, including data migration for prior periods, postings, and understanding of financial statements.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with other business intelligence (BI) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools.
- Ability to provide accounting advice and guidance on various process transition-related topics.
