About the role

• Senior Test Engineer (.NET) at Inlogik managing both manual and automation testing. Collaborating on test frameworks while ensuring software quality in expense management solutions.

Responsibilities

• This role involves both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Manual - Scripted Testing - System, Functional, System Integration and Integration testing along with creating/maintaining test mocks and stubs.
• Can review architecture diagram, technical able to write code not just use a testing tool, front end.
• Automation Frameworks - Designing, developing, executing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Advocate ideas about how we improve our existing Automated Testing Framework (.NET) and Automate complex Testcases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to aid the development of the Test Automation team.
• Upskilling and Continuous Learning for Professional/Personal development.
• Identify, document and track software defects.
• Collaborate with development team to conduct root cause analysis of identified issues.

Requirements

• A Senior Test Engineer with skills in .NET, SQL, C# and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in Automation, Manual testing and Exploratory testing.
• Demonstrable understanding of continuous delivery and the test pyramid.
• Ability to create and execute both Manual and Automated tests.
• Ability to Develop and implement detailed test cases and Automated test scripts based on software requirements/technical specifications/acceptance criteria.
• Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and other test documentation.
• Experience building and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern browser behavior, performance considerations and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to engage with various team members, demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
• You are able to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively.
• The desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.
• Ability and willingness to work with own initiative, improve current knowledge and skills and be open to challenges.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, business analysis and task management skills.
• Ability to write and maintain coherent, accurate, useful and readable documentation.
