- Lead Condition Based Monitoring trials, analyse vibration and thermographic data, and provide actionable insights that directly influence maintenance strategies.

- Desirable: ISO VCAT1, TCAT1, LCAT1 or equivalent certification
- Desirable: Marine Engineering Officer Certificate Class 3 or above / Navy engineering experience
