Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least seven years in technical pre-sales or technical architecting
- Extensive experience selling Contact Center solutions and professional services
- In-depth knowledge of ACD and IVR systems
- Specialized expertise in Cisco Contact Center platforms and related ISVs
- Familiarity with Webex and competitive products
- Hands-on experience integrating Cisco Webex Contact Center with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proficiency in using Webex Contact Center analytics tools
- Knowledge of security protocols and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to contact centers
