Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to refine requirements, divide work into clear milestones, identify blockers, ensure effective cross-team collaboration
- Collaborate with the team to develop features and ensure their success through our in-house A/B testing platform
- Choose adequate technical and business metrics to monitor features and manage risks
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code, evangelising coding standards and best practices to ensure the platform's stability and scalability
- Continuously challenge status quo to and improve our services
- Solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in senior engineering roles
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET
- Experience with multiple programming languages and technologies, or a strong willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technological challenges
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD (or similar) and deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in logging and monitoring system performance using Prometheus and Grafana (or similar)
- Background in building highly scalable, performant, and mission-critical services
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a group and mentor others
- Fluency in English
