About the role
- Play a key role in the strategic development and expansion of the company’s internal software solutions
- Identify business requirements and define the scope and objectives of new software projects
- Lead various development projects and take responsibility for creating technical concepts
- Support team coordination and contribute to the professional growth of your colleagues
- Actively participate in developing software solutions and take care of optimization and troubleshooting
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including internal departments, IT, marketing, and business units
- Evaluate different solution approaches and make informed decisions
Requirements
- A successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in software development
- Initial leadership experience in guiding a development team is a plus
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and related business processes
- Strong expertise in SQL and database programming
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and/or C#
- Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) is desirable
- High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication in carrying out your tasks
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Strong analytical thinking skills combined with a high sense of quality
