About the role

  • Market & account research: Build concise company/sector briefs; analyse filings, earnings calls, press releases and trade sources to infer strategic priorities, pain points and timely hooks for outreach.
  • Thought leadership: Plan, research, and draft short POVs, blogs, and 1–2-page exec notes aligned to U.S. buyer needs; partner with on shore team for bylines.
  • Lead identification: Use LinkedIn (incl. Sales Navigator) and ZoomInfo to map buying groups and identify contacts.
  • Campaign creation: Build segmented email sequences and templates suited to consulting/B2B tone; personalize with research insights and problem‑statements; manage send cadence and follow‑ups.
  • A/B testing & optimization: Design tests (subject lines, openers, CTAs, content blocks); define hypotheses and success thresholds; analyse results and iterate weekly.
  • CRM hygiene & reporting: Own list quality; monitor email campaign performance including CTR, Open rates, bounce/spam monitoring; analyse data on engagement, conversion and attribution.
  • Sales enablement: Package account intel, contact maps, and talk tracks into concise briefs for partners/principals ahead of meetings.
  • Process improvement: Document playbooks, templates and SOPs; recommend tooling/process changes to improve throughput and quality.
  • Project execution & QC: Plan and manage research workstreams and timelines; design and oversee quality‑control processes for information gathering and data analysis; proactively surface and resolve issues.
  • Secondary research: Structure and execute targeted secondary searches across databases, filings, industry sources and client materials; synthesize insights into clear, decision‑useful summaries.
  • Analysis & synthesis: Define analysis approaches aligned to client objectives; interpret qualitative/quantitative data; organize information for modelling, segmentation and charting; translate findings into strategic implications and recommendations.
  • Story lining & deliverables: Co‑create the narrative with the project lead; draft client‑ready slides and written reports that link back to objectives and evidence; ensure standards in writing and visual clarity.
  • Reporting line: This position reports to an Engagement Manager or a Senior Engagement Manager.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience across management consulting, market research, B2B growth/marketing ops, or SDR/BDR roles with a strong research/writing component.
  • Demonstrated ability to read between the lines of earnings calls, investor decks, and trade news to derive prospect‑relevant insights.
  • Hands‑on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot or similar; disciplined approach to CRM hygiene and documentation.
  • Strong secondary research skills (filings, analyst/trade sources, proprietary datasets) with the ability to synthesize into concise, executive‑ready insights.
  • Excellent business writing (crisp, consulting‑grade) and story lining; experience producing client‑ready slides and written reports.
  • High attention to detail and data quality; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across time zones; proactive communication.
  • Based in Bangalore, Karnataka and/or in New Delhi (location requirement).
