Responsibilities
- Define and communicate delivery strategies
- Translate program goals into actionable guidance
- Ensure successful delivery against PI/quarterly objectives
- Build and manage strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Manage, coach, and empower Delivery Managers and cross-functional leaders
- Own release management across the program
- Ensure release readiness and quality
- Provide stakeholders with clear, consistent, and digestible status updates
- Partner with program leadership to drive innovation in delivery practices
Requirements
- All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- 8+ Years of experience in end-to-end Agile project delivery in the government or commercial healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous and time-sensitive environment.
- Expertise in JIRA/Confluence, Mural, and Lucidchart.
- Candidate must reside in the United States.
