Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, including automation, performance, and security testing.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators to measure system stability, responsiveness, and efficiency.
Conduct load, stress, and performance testing to ensure the system meets scalability and reliability benchmarks.
Perform advanced security testing, including SQL Injection and other vulnerability assessments.
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies.
Identify, document, and track issues using JIRA, collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
Execute regression testing to ensure new releases do not disrupt existing functionalities.
Partner with cross-functional Agile teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify areas for improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies, and drive initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation, performance, and security testing.
Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and JMeter for performance testing.
Knowledge of security testing techniques, including SQL Injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and other vulnerability assessments.
Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
KPIs: Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure system health and performance.
Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
