Responsibilities
Drive and oversee cross-functional initiatives across our organization.
Align multiple product squads — including Websites, Client Area, PSPs, CRM Systems, and Trading Platforms.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and interdependencies to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes on time.
Establish clear governance, visibility, and reporting processes across all initiatives.
Monitor delivery health, identify potential risks or delays, and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
Track team velocity and performance , helping identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Act as the bridge between Product Owners, Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate cross-squad syncs, ensuring alignment on shared deliverables and dependencies.
Provide detailed progress updates, dashboards, and reports to management and stakeholders.
Support prioritization and resource alignment to meet organizational objectives.
Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
Contribute to refining delivery processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to enhance transparency and predictability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within fintech, forex, or technology-driven organizations.
Proven experience managing multi-squad or cross-functional projects involving multiple systems or platforms.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience using Jira and Confluence.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively across technical and business teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on identifying risks early and driving actionable solutions.
Experience in reporting project progress, performance, and dependencies to senior management.
Ability to influence teams without direct authority, driving results through collaboration and structure.
