• Senior Project Manager guiding project teams for production and broadcasting in Asia North area. Leading project management efforts with a focus on quality and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to enhance performance and skills through necessary training.
• Coordinate and balance expectations among clients, teams, and leadership for production and broadcasting projects.
• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are effectively maintained.
• Oversee quality standards to ensure all deliverables meet both technical and creative requirements.
• Collaborate with production, publishing, and translation teams to promote effective communication and strong performance.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout each project.
• Identify and manage risks, resources, and operations to maintain smooth workflows and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Holds a valid temple recommend
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field) with more than 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in project management.
• Comprehensive understanding of production workflows and creative software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of broadcasting equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English (TOEIC score 850 or higher preferred)
• Ability to travel as required.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across languages and cultures.
• Experience managing multiple staff members and projects using project management tools.
• Organized, customer-focused, and skilled in problem-solving and the use of standard publishing tools.
