About the role
- Senior Project Analyst leading strategic projects ensuring timely delivery within budget at Elo. Working on project governance and integrating with stakeholders for project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects, ensuring deliveries within schedule, scope, and budget;
- Serve as a technical reference for project management methodologies (traditional, agile, and hybrid);
- Support the structuring and evolution of the project portfolio with stakeholders and for Elo;
- Conduct critical analyses of risks, impacts, and project feasibility;
- Develop and present executive reports and performance dashboards;
- Promote integration between Elo and stakeholders, acting as the main facilitating interlocutor for opportunities and agile strategic connection;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Strategy, or Innovation;
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalents;
- Minimum of 7 years' experience managing complex and strategic projects;
- Proficiency with tools such as Azure Boards, MS Project, advanced Excel;
- Excellent analytical skills, communication, and influencing abilities;
- Fluent or advanced English for meetings with international partners;
