About the role

  • Analyze usage data of financial digital products to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement;
  • Develop and monitor product performance metrics, KPIs and detailed reports;
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering and other teams to turn data insights into strategic actions;
  • Use advanced statistical analysis, machine learning techniques and BI (Business Intelligence) tools to support decision-making;
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones;
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize the user experience;
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights;
  • Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing and maintaining data governance processes;
  • Create and monitor OKRs to track product development;
  • Data storytelling for presentations;
  • Strengthen the data-driven culture;
  • Propose data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related fields;
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in the financial sector or at digital product companies;
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis at different levels;
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, QuickSight);
  • Knowledge of agile methods;
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and task prioritization skills;
  • Effective communication skills to present analyses and recommendations clearly and concisely to different audiences.
