Responsibilities
Perform analyses and support the production of reports using media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, etc.), ensuring accurate and continuous monitoring of data and results;
Maintain and update campaign pacing/delivery controls, focusing on budget health and preventing under- or overdelivery;
Operate platforms such as Google and Meta, executing activations and optimizations under strategic guidance from leadership;
Request and negotiate media proposals with various publishers/partners, supporting the development of multichannel strategies when needed;
Participate in client meetings with greater autonomy, contributing analyses, insights and media presentations;
Support the team in preparing operational and strategic presentations and documents as required by managers and the account;
Develop more comprehensive and in-depth media plans (in Excel or PowerPoint), aligned with client objectives and campaign KPIs;
Develop leadership and active listening skills, with a focus on preparing for future management challenges;
Continuously pursue technical improvement, broadening understanding of the media ecosystem and how different channels/formats complement each other.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Data, or related fields;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of media platforms (at least Google Ads and Meta);
Understanding of platforms' billing processes;
Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets;
Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides.
