About the role
- Help shape the new era of the company mobile-wise and implement the technology roadmap to high quality standards
- Affect the technological vision of the iOS chapter and work on challenging tasks while honing technical skills
- Contribute to and lead each step of the product development process from ideation to implementation to release
- Architect and build solutions that can scale to support millions of users
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for meaningful improvements across mobile products
- Raise engineering standards via best practices, exemplary code, documentation, automated tests, and precise monitoring
- Conduct thorough testing, identify and address performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
- Expertise in Swift programming language
- Strong understanding of software development principles, capabilities, and limitations of the iOS platform
- Extensive experience with code testing methodologies, such as unit testing and integration testing
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with SwiftUI, Alamofire, Modular architecture, XCTest, XCUITest, Structured Concurrency, Firebase, Figma, Transifex
- Familiarity with GitLab for source code management, Bitrise for CI/CD, SwiftLint, MVC/MVP architectures, and Firebase/Google Analytics integrations
