About the role

  • Senior HR Business Partner at Netflix, partnering closely with finance and strategy leaders to implement talent priorities. Contributing to a cohesive talent strategy and evolving HR practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with several leaders within our Finance and Strategy organization
  • Effectively partner with the business, implement talent priorities at scale across the function, and coach/influence leaders at all levels
  • Contribute to and support the delivery of a cohesive talent strategy and vision for this team
  • Continue to iterate and evolve our talent practices over time
  • Be responsible for influencing, coaching, and enabling our leaders to drive decisions on organizational design, compensation, employee development, talent density, inclusion and much more
  • Lead, demonstrate, redefine, and model the Netflix culture, being a steward of our culture, valuing diversity of opinions and people
  • Equip leaders to deliver a consistent employee experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional talent partners

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive, strategic, and well-rounded HR experience working in dynamic environments with a high degree of comfort in working through ambiguity
  • Exceptional at leading the implementation of strategic talent initiatives across a variety of disciplines: culture building, organizational development, talent management, and inclusion and diversity
  • Interested and experienced in thinking strategically while having a proven ability and interest in hands-on work and execution
  • Dynamic and thoughtful leader with a collaborative and influential leadership style, the ability to inspire others into action, and to think creatively about solutions
  • Experienced in developing highly effective leaders who build strong teams, leading with empathy, and unlocking the capabilities of a global, diverse workforce
  • A strong Ally and understand how to lead change toward a culture of inclusion
  • Passionate about and experienced with leading through change and navigating ambiguity, while maintaining operational excellence
  • Comfortable working autonomously and able to demonstrate proactivity in identifying and addressing potential challenges before they become problems
  • Adept at exploring and analyzing data to identify insights and opportunities for business impact, using data to drive business decisions and tell a compelling story that influences stakeholders
  • A self-starter who is comfortable in both the details and strategy, demonstrating curiosity about the business and organization overall with a desire to uplevel the partnership with the teams they support
  • Great communicator who can share context effectively and bring clarity to messages
