About the role

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, preferably in a growth-focused or product-driven environment
- Proficient in TypeScript, with deep experience in Angular and Angular Material (or similar modern frontend frameworks)
- Strong backend development skills, including building and maintaining APIs as well as working with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experiment-driven development
- Comfortable optimizing queries, managing APIs, and handling performance issues at scale across both frontend and backend systems
- Proven track record of owning and delivering solutions end-to-end, from UI design through backend integration
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical teams
