About the role

• Senior Fullstack Developer for PropTech startup revolutionizing property management with digital solutions. Design and implement features while collaborating with an agile team in Munich or remotely.

Responsibilities

• You will be designing Pages/Components/Application-Architecture, planning, implementing, and delivering new features and workflows.
• You will actively drive technical direction in the Quality aspects of the Product such as performance, standardisation, design, and testability.
• Contributing to changes of backend / APIs will be part of the job shall the situation require.
• You will be taking a key role in collaborating with Developers and POs and Customer support to ensure continuous delivery of a high-quality product.
• R&D topics that require ingenious solutions: processing invoices/OCR; matching bank transactions to processes
• Integrating new modules to speed up operations such as: Auth framework/Auditing/etc.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Proven Expertise and passion in building well-structured solutions
• Experience leading technical direction by example
• Fullstack development experience - building backend and delivering end-to-end business features to production
• Passion for creating performant and reusable software components
• Designing APIs (REST or GraphQL), writing structured documentation deciding on component responsibilities shall not be a challenge
• Coding best practices up your sleeves, can deliver on a personal level and have proven record that you can develop the efficiency of the whole team
• Comfortable handling of CI/CD systems that you used to deliver past projects
• You are interested and passionate about making data-driven decisions and doing the necessary data analysis in this regard
• Good communication skills with both POs and Developers
• Proven impact on product with complex workflows and translating them into functioning software
• You speak English (C1) either on a native or bilingual speaker level or with full professional proficiency (cross-border team communication) and willing to work in an international team
