About the role
- Senior Full Stack Engineer developing and scaling features for a marketing technology platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship robust backend services and frontends with real product impact
- Ensure systems are scalable, performant and easy to maintain
- Collaborate across teams to integrate services and deliver end-to-end value
- Model business domains into clean, performant data structures
- Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices to help them grow
- Collaborate with other engineers and lead technical delivery on initiatives within a domain or project
- Lead by example in engineering excellence, pragmatism and shared ownership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack products with TypeScript (and JavaScript)
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js
- Frontend experience with one or more modern frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular), and not tied to a specific stack
- Solid experience designing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Familiar with testing practices, performance tuning, and scalable design principles
- Proficient in data modeling and working with SQL/NoSQL databases
- You're proactive, results-driven, and excited to work in a fast-growing tech scale-up
- You're a strong team player who values collaboration and shared success
- **Nice to have:**
- Built systems for secure, performant access at scale
- Experience with Gitlab CI/CD, DevOps, public cloud (like GCP)
- Experience with DAM systems, including versioning, metadata structures, and access control
