About the role
- Senior Full Stack Engineer leading the development of Sitemark's renewable energy platform features in a collaborative environment. Involves working with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
Responsibilities
- You will lead the end-to-end development of impactful features and projects - from initial speccing and prioritization through development, testing, and deployment.
- You will work closely with the product team and your engineering peers to help shape both what we build and how we build it.
- This includes actively contributing to product refinement, brainstorming, and prioritization sessions.
- Your work will have a direct impact on the quality, performance, and evolution of our platform.
Requirements
- Strong fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React/NodeJS
- Solid understanding of, or a strong interest in, full stack development and cloud infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Azure, AWS, Docker…)
- Passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code, with a focus on best practices, testing, and long-term scalability.
- Eagerness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A strong drive to continuously improve software craftsmanship and actively share knowledge within the team.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team.
- Experience with Python and/or Machine Learning is a plus.
