- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Solve challenging problems, from scaling backend systems to creating tools that support students and internal teams
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend development skills
- Experience with Python, Go, or similar is especially valuable; familiarity with React/React Native is a plus
- Proven track record of building and releasing high-quality products or features at scale
- Builder mindset – ownership from design to deployment, balancing speed with maintainability
- Curious and growth-oriented, motivated to deepen craft and thrive in fast-paced environment
