• Senior Full Stack Developer designing and maintaining scalable APIs using Node.js and React for cloud solutions at Thomson Reuters. Collaborating in a hybrid work environment to deliver high-quality systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient systems and APIs using Node.js, React.js, and React Native, with a focus on cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
• Collaborate on defining and implementing cloud architecture, ensuring solutions are highly available, secure, and high-performing;
• Write high-quality code, adopting test-oriented programming practices (e.g., TDD) and ensuring unit and integration tests are integral parts of development;
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize cloud infrastructure to meet scalability requirements;
• Ensure systems and applications meet security and compliance standards by implementing cloud security best practices;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and other development team members;
• Stay up to date on trends and best practices in Node.js, React.js, React Native, backend/frontend development, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Node.js developer;
• Experience with React.js and React Native;
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Cline;
• Experience with development practices that include automated test coverage.
• Nice to have: English proficiency.
