About the role
- Build intuitive user experiences that solve real problems, using the right frontend stack for each challenge.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand user workflows and translate them into functional interfaces.
- Get your hands dirty with everything from React components and TypeScript to AI-powered chatbots and IDE plugins.
- Make smart trade-offs between perfect code and shipping fast experiences that users need (bias toward shipping).
- Research and implement cutting-edge UX patterns for AI-powered workflows.
- Help build the frontend team by finding other talented engineers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of frontend development experience with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and understanding of their core concepts.
- Experience building user interfaces that handle real-time data and asynchronous operations.
- Understanding of frontend architecture patterns and ability to write maintainable, scalable code.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
