About the role

Responsibilities
- Take responsibility in exciting client projects.
- Design, develop and implement customer-oriented, technically and visually appealing, and intuitively usable web applications based on Shopware.
- Consider the customer journey and UI/UX.
- Develop ideas to improve conversion rates, user experience and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize load times and check drop-off rates.
- Ensure that all features are implemented flawlessly with high standards for performance and usability.
- Independently coordinate with all relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, completed vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce and shop platforms, ideally Shopware or other content management systems.
- Multilingual – fluent in German and English; also proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
