About the role
- Senior Frontend Developer immersed in scalable web applications using Angular at MJV Technology & Innovation, emphasizing collaborative and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and evolve web applications using Angular (latest versions);
- Define and apply frontend architecture best practices, ensuring performance, scalability and maintainability of the codebase;
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
- Implement unit, integration and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality;
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team;
- Mentor mid-level and junior developers, promoting software engineering best practices;
- Participate in code reviews, suggesting improvements and ensuring code quality;
- Keep up with trends and new technologies to propose innovations that improve the product and development process.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields (or equivalent experience);
- 5+ years of frontend development experience;
- Strong experience with Angular (8+) and its ecosystem (RxJS, Angular CLI, modules, pipes, services, guards, etc.);
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (pre-processors such as SASS/LESS), JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript;
- Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL;
- Knowledge of State Management (NgRx, Akita or similar);
- Version control best practices (Git, GitFlow).
- Nice to have:
- Experience with design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Angular Material, PrimeNG, etc.);
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP);
- Knowledge of UX/UI and accessibility best practices;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Contributions to open-source projects or participation in tech communities.
