Responsibilities

- Trusted financial partner to the Lottery Infrastructures Operations and Group Cybersecurity teams
- Develop financial trajectories that translate operational and strategic objectives
- Identify economic risks and opportunities
- Build the licensing governance and control model
- Design and implement the new model
- Lead IT carbon performance initiatives
- Contribute to the budgeting cycle and financial reporting
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent from a business school or engineering school
- 7 years of experience in financial management (P&L, CAPEX, etc.) and economic modeling
- Strong interest in IT
- Deep knowledge of IT activities/operations is a real plus
- Communicates business-oriented financial perspectives
- Proactive, autonomous, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Managerial mindset to lead with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills in French and English
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools
