Responsibilities
- Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Bank control and reconciliation for all accounts
- Short- and long-term cash flow planning and management
- Liaison with banks and financial agents
- Negotiation of fees, charges and credit terms
- Management of placements and investments with a focus on risk mitigation
- Control of margins and operating expenses
- Compliance with the budget plan and financial targets
- Preparation and monitoring of reports and KPIs (income statement — DRE, cash flow, etc.)
- Support for accounting and updating of ledger accounts in the system
- Monthly presentation of results to the board of directors
- Active participation in the company’s strategic planning.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- Postgraduate degree in Finance or Management (preferred)
- Specialization in advanced accounting (a plus)
- Experience: minimum of 5 years in corporate finance and team management
- Languages: English — intermediate (required)
- Spanish (a plus)
- Systems and tools: Advanced Excel; Word, PowerPoint and Access (intermediate); Solid experience with ERPs
