About the role
- Sr. Financial Analyst managing the financial aspects of Digital Commerce Platforms at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Collaborating with finance and digital teams for revenue forecasting and performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in managing the financial and operational aspects of the Digital Commerce Platforms P&L
- Provide expertise in revenue and expenditure forecasting and analysis, identifying trends
- Collaborate with Digital teams to align on classification (Capital vs Expense) per accounting policy
- Deliver operational improvements to drive efficiency and customer ease of use
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4-5+ years of direct experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting leadership within a large, matrixed organization
- Experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP), SQL, Hyperion, and digital tools (ie. PowerBI)
- Excel expertise with advanced knowledge of pivots, charts, and formulas; strong financial modeling skills
