About the role
- Senior Accounts Receivable Executive monitoring customer accounts and managing overdue invoices at a luxury beauty distribution platform. Ensuring collections and accurate transactions while collaborating with teams.
Responsibilities
- **What we want you to do...**
- Monitor & Analyse customers account for overdue invoices and follow up with customers on overdue balances.
- Ensure sales orders & retail store sales flow into system correctly
- Ensure clearing of account receivables collections on time
- Issue customers billing for Sales order & intercompany billing on time
- Issue credit note on time with proper supporting
- Follow up on stock write-off / charges out
- Perform month end closing on time
- Prepare monthly reports/schedules on time
- Conduct boutique monthly cycle counts and bi yearly stock take
- Arrange & complete yearly Gross Turnover (GTO) Audits
- Assist with Audit & Tax request & queries
- Administrative task such as renewal of licences, arranging for credit card terminals etc
- Compiling documents for internal audit requirements
- Assist in any ad hoc task assigned.
Requirements

- Possess Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Accounting in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable
- FMCG industry experience highly desired, but not required
- Experience using SAP is advantageous
- Highly motivated, detailed and result-oriented person
- Organised, self-starter with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels and work independently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Creative and innovative attitude, always looking for new ways to improve current processes/activities.
