Responsibilities
- Provide support to the CFO and other members of the executive team
- Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information
- Manage executives’ schedules, arrange meetings and appointments
- Prepare letters, emails, presentations, and purchase orders
- Manage corporate American Express card usage
- Coordinate conference calls and WebEx meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Schedule and manage employee and external company functions
- Manage specific vendor relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Experience supporting multiple executives preferable
- Heavy Microsoft Outlook scheduling experience
- Extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong problem resolution and project management skills
- Dependable, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Team-oriented and superior interpersonal skills
