Responsibilities
Perform engineering releases for small to medium projects, focusing on mechanical composition and development, as well as labeling, documentation, and product updates
Apply new technical tools and concepts with support from other team members
Lead cross-functional project planning sessions to develop schedules using project management tools, collaborating with various team members to successfully implement engineering compositions
Manage multiple small projects simultaneously through the execution of project plans
Collaborate daily with engineers, technicians, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, supply management, and marketing personnel to achieve flawless results
Support customer requests by working with our sales team or directly with customers
Share technical knowledge and mentor others on the team
Challenge project teams and established work processes to proactively find creative methods to reach desired performance levels
Proactively inform others about developments or issues affecting their work and commitments
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree from an accredited college/university, or relevant work experience
3+ years of mechanical build engineering experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient problem-solving skills
Adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to effectively collaborate with teammates in a team setting
Experience with 6S and systems implementation
