- Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines using SQL, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, and other ETL tools
- Lead the design and development of executive-level dashboards and reports in Power BI

- Apply statistical and predictive analytics techniques to analyze large datasets

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency with Power BI (DAX, M), SQL, Alteryx / KNIME, and Microsoft Fabric
- Strong background in ETL design, large data model development, and BI dashboarding
- Experience with Workday ERP and integrating ERP data with BI tools
- Proficiency with Excel (advanced functions, VBA), Power Query, Power Pivot, and PowerPoint
- Preferred skills include Python, R, Tableau, Salesforce CRM, and Workday Adaptive Planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional data projects
