Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior-level leadership in public policy, legal, and/or legislative advocacy
  • background in workers’ rights advocacy preferred, particularly in the economic security portfolio
  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in supervising and leading a team to success
  • J.D., an advanced degree in a relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • effective, persuasive communicator with strong presentation, speaking, written, and nonverbal skills
  • innovative and creative ideas with holistic communications strategies
  • high-level strategic thinker with organizational success track record
  • strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
