About the role

  • Senior Digital Channel Enablement Manager leading broadband channel enablement initiatives for T-Mobile. Collaborating across teams to enhance sales and marketing capabilities in the broadband sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap: Lead the broadband channel enablement and capability roadmap that powers growth across retail, digital, and partner channels
  • Drive alignment: Bring together Product, Marketing, Tech, and Channel leaders to prioritize and deliver what moves the digital needle
  • Manage execution: Oversee project scope, timelines, and inter-team dependencies — ensuring smooth delivery and commercialization
  • Measure impact: Partner with Analytics teams to track adoption and prove what works through data
  • Influence and communicate: Be the go-to source for broadband enablement updates, storytelling, and insights for executives and channel leaders
  • Future-proof the channel: Identify capability gaps, champion new solutions, and prepare the business for what’s next

Requirements

  • 7+ years in channel enablement, marketing operations, or program management
  • Strong understanding of retail and digital ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and simplify complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana) and analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Exceptional communicator who can flex between executive storytelling and frontline engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
