About the role
- Senior DevOps & Cloud Developer automating complex systems and managing cloud infrastructures for a leading software company. Involved in CI/CD pipeline development, coaching teams in DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- You take on a key role in building, operating and further developing a modern SaaS platform
- You are responsible for the stable operation and continuous improvement of the cloud platform
- You develop scalable, highly automated CI/CD pipelines and actively drive their optimization
- You analyze existing processes and infrastructures, identify weaknesses and develop sustainable solutions
- You support teams as a technical coach for modern DevOps practices and contribute to architectural decisions
- You shape the DevOps culture technically, strategically and organizationally and work closely with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in a backend role with a focus on automation and cloud
- Very good knowledge of C# and the .NET framework, as well as experience with cloud migration of monolithic applications
- Confident working with AWS services and a solid understanding of cloud architectures
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC, e.g. Terraform) and scripting with Python or PowerShell
- Routine in working with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab
- Strong communication skills in German and English, self-responsibility and enjoyment of working in a team in an international environment
