About the role

  • Build and produce digital marketing and advertising creative across T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile web properties, including promotional pages, banners, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Partner with copywriters and creative leads to concept and develop visual ideas that bring T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile’s brand voice to life.
  • Translate campaign direction and business objectives into clear, compelling visual storytelling for digital channels.
  • Work collaboratively with UX, developers, project managers, and business partners to ensure creative execution aligns with brand standards and performance goals.
  • Maintain a high bar for design, craft, and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Present creative solutions to internal teams and stakeholders, efficiently communicating design rationale and brand alignment.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile’s digital design system, templates, and guidelines.
  • Mentor junior designers and help develop a creative, supportive, and inclusive team culture.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity, speed, and precision in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma (required)
  • 6+ years of relevant digital design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative digital advertising, campaign design, and polished visual execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Working knowledge of digital design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and how to adapt messaging across web and app.
  • Experience collaborating across teams — with copywriters, strategists, UX, and developers — to bring ideas to life.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and feedback skills.
  • Familiarity with AEM, HTML/CSS, or other CMS tools is a plus, but not required.
  • A proactive, collaborative demeanor and passion for creating digital work that connects with people.
