About the role
- **You Will: (Responsibilities)**
- Conduct investigative and exploratory analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in business processes, propose solutions, and support strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition to solution deployment, ensuring results are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Develop reports to communicate analysis results using data visualization tools (Amazon QuickSight/AWS); create interactive, customized dashboards that provide a clear, actionable view of key metrics and KPIs, ensuring information is accessible and up to date.
- Collaborate with different teams to customize analytical models that support specific initiatives and generate business insights.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, the effectiveness of analytical models, and the impact of analyses.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data using SQL, from data extraction through modeling and visualization; perform advanced analyses to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in the data.
- Apply descriptive, inferential, and predictive statistical techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Implement automation solutions for data collection, analysis, and visualization to improve the operational efficiency of the Pricing & Analytics team.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to more junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous development and analytical excellence.
- Stay current with new trends and technologies in data analysis, implementing best practices in day-to-day work.
- **Strong data storytelling skills are also important, as they will allow you to transform complex analyses into practical, actionable recommendations. This is a very interesting challenge: you will have the freedom to look for problems that have not yet been considered with the same drive you use to find solutions for them, all in a collaborative and integrative way with the Analytics team.**
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent;
- Solid knowledge of data analysis methodologies and statistical techniques;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
- Proficiency in SQL;
- Experience with at least one data visualization tool.
