Responsibilities
- Provide expert support in attracting international technology companies to set up their business operations in Lithuania.
- Develop business development strategies, plan and implement sales and marketing activities that present Lithuania professionally and help it stand out among other locations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to strengthen Lithuania's value proposition as an attractive location for international businesses.
- Build, expand and leverage a wide network of international founders, C-level executives, business associations and service providers to help reach your objectives.
- Take part in various events and international conferences, arrange business meetings, pitch and present, and proactively scout for direct foreign investment opportunities in Lithuania.
- Follow technology sector, VC investment and foreign direct investment trends regionally and globally.
- Develop your skills, seek ways to improve work processes and innovate with a goal-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Your unique experience: at least 3-4 years in the field of sales, management consulting or business development in B2B environment.
- Understanding of Lithuania’s business environment and basic economic literacy, and interest in foreign direct investment attraction in technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the fintech or software development sectors (both in Lithuania and abroad) is a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills and IT literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian (C1).
- Creativity and determination to improve, learn fast and reach ambitious results, eagerness to make an impact with your work and be proud of your achievements.
