About the role

• Senior Consultant providing SAP S/4 Service implementation, consulting, and user training. Involves service process optimization and system integration for clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the implementation and optimization of service processes.
• Customize and configure SAP standard solutions to meet client requirements.
• Take end-to-end project responsibility: from requirements analysis and concept development through implementation to post-go-live support.
• Integrate the S/4 Service solution with existing systems (e.g., SAP Field Service Management) and modules (e.g., Logistics, Materials Management, Controlling).
• Train end users and key users and provide technical support.
• Continuously optimize implemented solutions in line with changing business requirements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP consultant in the SD, MM or LO modules
• Knowledge of FI/CO is an advantage but not required.
• Initial exposure to service processes is welcome but not mandatory.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation and a team player mindset.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to undertake regular on-site client assignments.
