About the role

• (Senior) Consultant Reinsurance focusing on digital transformation and modernization of reinsurance models and platforms. Advises clients in the DACH region on modernizing their business processes.

Responsibilities

• You can expect exciting projects with focus on digital transformation and modernization of reinsurance business models, processes, and platforms.
• You design end-to-end solutions within the areas of: Underwriting, Claims Management and Technical Accounting as well as Data Strategy, Data Management, Pricing and Finance
• You actively support and advise our reinsurance clients on the digital transformation of their active or passive reinsurance business
• You accompany all phases of system modernisation or introduction of a complete, new reinsurance platform from business analysis, system implementation (or selection) to process engineering and the design of a target operating model.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed university studies
• You have several years of professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company with a focus on insurance, reinsurance or finance
• You possess excellent English skills
• You are willing to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)
