About the role

  • Advise our clients on IT Service Management, identify organizational challenges, and jointly develop tailored solutions
  • Design KPIs, SLAs and OLAs within the IT organization based on the IT service catalog and support the successful rollout of IT services
  • Optimize IT Service Management, define corresponding processes and value streams, and drive their continuous improvement
  • Optionally provide technical leadership to junior consultants in joint projects

Requirements

  • At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management, or professional experience as an IT Service Manager
  • Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
  • Strong interest in effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital environment and an understanding of the challenges at the IT–business interface
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
