About the role
- Senior Consultant responsible for insight and foresight projects in food and grocery industry for clients. Engaging with suppliers and retailers, delivering high-quality consulting outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Engage with suppliers, retailers and service providers to develop consulting project solutions.
- Responsible for delivery of insight and foresight projects for clients, including market analysis, trend forecasting, scenario planning, and performance improvement.
- Support the strategy and development of IGD’s Consulting Insight & Foresight portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience of, and passion for, the Food & Grocery industry.
- Functional industry experience gained in blue chip category/commercial roles.
- Understanding of the commercial interface between retailers & manufacturers.
- Credible at senior management level with strong influencing capability.
- Able to drive client centricity, with great problem-solving skills & will to win for clients.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and deliver commercial opportunities within the consultancy/advisory space.
- Proven track record of high-quality delivery.
