- Background in finance, legal, or AML with relevant qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Advisory experience is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem solver
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills
