About the role
- Business Analyst / Product Owner for a strategic program deploying an AI-enhanced documentation platform in the banking sector. Collaborating with technical teams and business units to define user requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gather, formalize and challenge business requirements for AI / RAG use cases
- Work closely with data scientists, development teams and the Product Owner
- Design and document the product’s functional and technical specifications
- Lead testing phases and ensure functional validation of solutions
- Monitor model performance and define continuous improvement plans
- Support business teams in adopting and deploying the platform
- Facilitate workshops and contribute to the organization’s AI maturity development
- Ensure the quality, relevance and compliance of deliverables
Requirements
- 6 to 20 years of experience
- Proven experience in Business Analysis on data / AI projects
- Strong understanding of generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Operational knowledge of data science and model evaluation
- Ability to translate business needs into concrete, measurable solutions
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac+5)
