Propose security features to be included in Betclic roadmaps
Lead and support security referents by onboarding them with development teams and providing expert advisory
Promote continuous improvement of security processes and practices
Lead and mentor a team of Cybersecurity Referents, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous skills development
Define team objectives, roadmaps, KPIs, and maturity indicators for the Security Referent Team
Ensure consistent security practices across projects
Serve as the escalation point for complex security issues and decisions within technical and business teams
Promote a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented security culture and champion security-by-design principles across all project teams
Oversee and coordinate security risk assessments for projects in an Agile context
Contribute to and validate project security documentation
Act as security lead and advisor within project squads, ensuring security requirements are defined and validated during architecture and design reviews
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of management experience with a strong technical background
Deep understanding of security and technical disciplines, with proven ability to work cross-functionally
Recognized for your ability to mentor engineers, build career paths, and recruit and develop talent in fast-paced environments
Proven leadership or managerial experience, ideally with responsibility for security teams in Agile environments
Ability to prioritize tasks and structure your work with a rigorous and organized approach
Highly proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable to both technical and business contexts
