Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related program
  • At least 4 years' experience as an HR Technical Consultant
  • Must have experience in MySuccess, SAP HRIS, system integration & project management
  • At least 1 global or regional project (full-cycle implementation project/Successful Realization)
  • Experience in IT Core Solutions for HR
  • Preferred Technologies: SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Master Data (HR)
  • Solid experience in SAP systems with at least 1 relevant SAP module (SAP FI - m/f/diverse)
  • Business Process Know-How (Preferred: Experience in the operational Business, e.g., LKU, CKU, etc.)
