About the role
- SAP Architect & TL leading digital transformation for a multi-sector company utilizing SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP. Guiding architecture and project delivery in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the digital transformation program, providing leadership in SAP architecture and project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for simplification and innovation in business processes, aligned with SAP S/4HANA product roadmaps and SAP BTP solutions.
- Coordinate technical and functional architecture across the group’s SAP ecosystem, supporting project implementations in multiple countries.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams, empowering them with new SAP technologies and methodologies.
- Align priorities and secure delivery of value in accordance with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field.
- 4+ years of experience in **SAP systems (S/4HANA)** within implementation consulting or product management.
- Proficiency in **SAP S/4HANA** and **SAP ECC**.
- Experience in **ABAP 7.0**, **ABAP RAP**, and SAP Fiori/UI5 extensions.
- Exposure to **SAP BTP / Integration Suite** is a plus.
- Proven experience leading organizational change in digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong focus on aligning technology with strategic business goals.
- Fluent in Portuguese; intermediate English (B1-B2) required.
