About the role

  • Senior Salesforce Engineer designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for Montway Auto Transport. Collaborating with teams to enhance integrations and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the Salesforce user interface
  • Implement custom UI/UX solutions using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and modern front-end practices
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of LWC components across devices and browsers
  • Collaborate with the product team and relevant stakeholders in the process of gathering business, functional, and technical requirements, shaping solutions that align with organizational goals
  • Drive the selection of appropriate programming approaches, tools, and techniques, ensuring adherence to development standards
  • Offer third-level support for incident resolution and defect fixing related to Salesforce, leveraging your expertise as a subject matter expert
  • Perform advanced coding tasks, showcasing your proficiency in Salesforce development
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, simplification, and performance enhancement, providing actionable recommendations
  • Blend well in a team of motivated professionals

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to the table, including Commerce Cloud or Sales Cloud
  • Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and web development best practices
  • A good eye for design and usability, with the ability to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces
  • Experience developing Lightning components and leveraging out-of-the-box solutions to drive innovation
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with essential concepts like REST, HTTP, platform events and related technologies, enriching your technical toolkit
