Responsibilities
Build and strategically grow sales activities with major retail companies across the DACH region and Europe
Identify, qualify and develop enterprise accounts with a focus on sustainable, partnership-based customer relationships
Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact through proposal development (including RFI/RFP) to contract closing
Work closely with management, PreSales, architecture, delivery and product teams to develop tailored solution concepts
Deliver pitches, presentations and workshops at C-level
Contribute to the development of sales strategy, market positioning and partner networks
Use and maintain CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecasts and account strategies
Requirements
More than 5 years' experience selling complex IT or software solutions to enterprise clients (ideally in retail or omnichannel environments)
